This dang thing really works! I caught it on sale for $300. Installed it in around 15 min and it really cooled things down super quick. It works with Goggle Home and I can set timers to turn it on and off, as well as turn it on remotely.

Loud! Cools but the noise cancels that out
First time using today here in WNY. Setup was a breeze. It definitely cools, but it’s sooooo loud! Fan speed has no difference and it’s just plain loud. Cool enough to finally sleep but, the unit is so loud, it cancels out the coolness to sleep. We will see how my electric bill is because this unit runs continuously!! The only pros for us are ease of setup and cooling, but it’s heavy and there is no way we will sleep tonight with all the noise it makes. Ugh.

I have been trying to get support regarding this item for the last 2 weeks. i did get several responses via email, but only with questions, and no answers. there are 2 drains, one condenser drain at the bottom, and one at the top. basically the a/c is not draining properly, and draining the bottom drain requires me to put the unit on a box and have 2 drain hoses to the outside. the bottom drain hose requires a 1/2 inch tubing that does not fit exactly right, and easily comes off causing water in...

Better than a whole home AC!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this AC. I prefer this to my whole house AC and I can cool the room I’m in, without paying extra to cool the rest of the house. Absolute arctic blast level cooling, this thing gets COLD. Nice on the electric bill as well, I believe this product is super energy efficient. Easy set up process as well!
