Works like a dream!
I bought this 2 years ago! It's our first doorbell camera ever and we LOVE it!! I love that we can save videos, we an respond with preloaded messages or use the microphone! It is reliable and recharges quickly. It is great security and we won the jackpot choosing this as our first doorbell camera! It was super easy to put up too!

Very poor quality, failed after 14 months. Worked ok for about 10 months then battery kept going flat and wouldn't pair with wifi.

Every update, comes with an error and a phone call to Swann. Memory storage failed, replaced, and formatted---audio for commands/voice not matching max volume settings, can barely hear it.
