cant count on them when it matters
Many times with issues when we have highly suspect incidents the cameras go offline or show greyed or green screen as if the camera got messed up But then isually work fine afterward - very weird and not what i would call reliable

Does Not Work Standalone
First and foremost, this product does not work standalone and requires a Swann NVR: This isn't mentioned anywhere in the manual or on the box. Image quality is about average, with unspectacular night vision. It's not the worst camera for the price, but there are certainly better options which integrate with any home NVR solution and with slightly better image quality. It's also inconvenient to purchase these at Lowes as the NVR is not sold in store and must be ordered online.
