I bought this last year for the similar price! The parts are fragile for a residential user. The wheel swivel bearings broke on mine today (about 13 months old). Sadly, this must be used with a low pressure washer as well, since the yaw is severe with my Simpson 4000. Every year I have to buy one due to fragility (in my usage).
Worth the expense.
Heavy enough to be stable but the wheels make maneuvering easy.

Easy to hookup and use

It is 18 inches, which is the perfect size to get into smaller sections and cover larger areas at the same time. It is stainless steel so it has some weight attached to it for heavy duty cleaning. Perfect for pressure washing our indoor or outdoor flooring. So easy to hookup to our pressure washer and so easy to use and clean.
