Starter Cord Pulled Back into Housing.
Horrible. The knot in the starter cord gave way and slipped back into the housing. I call Simpson and the lady did her best to help me. She emailed my YouTube videos but there was none available for my Simpson Model PS61375. So I tried to figure it out myself. Bad Idea The inner spring unraveled, feeding the cord through the outer and matching it up to the inner hole is a nightmare. I still don't have it fixed. There is no real support and obviously no quality control on things like this....
