The Cadet 18 is the mid-sized safe in the 45-minute fire rated Cadet Bevel Series. Designed for a beginning collector, small family, or someone looking for a little extra fire protection. This Cadet will hold up to 18 guns and has a total of 8 locking bolts (4 active) with three adjustable, or removeable, light tan shelves and two gun racks. The textured, powder coated mocha finish provides a scratch-resistant surface while the desert sand accents give the Cadet Series that little something extra. The Cadet 18 provides additional storage with the included interior organizational door panel – making it easy to store and access smaller valuable items like keys, clips or jewelry. DON'T SELL IF NOT IN STOCK!!!!!!

Ordered online 6/12 (IN STOCK) w/ delivery was set 6/18. Almost 2 weeks later, item NOT shipped and showed OUT OF STOCK. Still delayed & no status. Called Lowes and all they told me was they are working on it. How hard is to check and get my item from the vendor?

Would Not Recommend

Ordered this online at Lowes dot com. Estimated delivery was set about 2 weeks after that. Week later, item showed delayed. Two weeks later, still delayed no status. Called Lowes. They didn't know and gave me a number to call a shipping vendor. They didn't know either. Now item shows as out of stock on Lowe's dot com. No Bueno Lowe's!

took a vacation day to be home for promised delivery date, zero communication from shipper or Lowes, product never arrived, no sense of urgency or reliability from shipper and zero followup from Lowes on expensive product

Would Recommend

I was skeptical of buying this through Lowes, but was really interested in this Surelock Safe as the price was right and on sale. I do not regret this purchase at. I'm sure I will have to upgrade or buy an additional one in the years to come. But the quality and packaging of this safe was top notch. I couldn't complain. No flaws at all. I'd highly recommend getting their safelights as well. It makes a difference!
