SuperVent 5 -Piece Chimney Pipe Accessory Kit for Installation

Missing critical parts required for install

I purchased this kit expecting it to be relatively complete. On the first “real” page of instructions it referred repeatedly to the finishing band as required for installation and that the band was included with all adjustable or telescopic stove pipe sections such as those in this kit. However, it’s not included with the kit! More delays, more cost.

Missing pipe

I should have opened the box before I left 2 longest pieces of pipe missing and 90 degree elbow also missing. Taking back tomorrow.

I hope everything came in the box.

I got a box that was tattered and open. However, the stove pipe was not damaged, thankfully.

great pipe but lousy packaging

this review is delayed as I have yet to finish the install due to other issues. as you can see by the photos the pipe was really banged up. I selected this pipe as I also bought the outside chimney pipe by the same manufacture from lowes. called the local lowes (I have had no issues with the folks at this store as they have really been helpful) after I opened the box and they told me I could bring it back for another set however the install was to take place that week. they were not able to ...

Great product

I have used all kinds of the supervent products... They are very esay to install and worked great.

Does not fit 6" stove

Adapter does not fit stove called support and they would not even return my call their loss I just returned a thousand dollars of stove pipe parts
