The internet chat person lied to me about installation and removal of my existing tread mill. I told him I was not interested in purchasing unless that service was available. Checked and said it was and that he would put it in notes on the order. Product was delivered and when I called to set up the intall I was told that was not available. Had to cancel the order and have them pick it up, which they did.

wrong tredmill returning!
this is not the one I ordered from website has no pause or phone logo so different and Bluetooth don't want to work looks used from belt someone used it stained dirty and came damaged from outside and blk rubber from one bottom black rubber stand.just arrived right now this is not the one I ordered

Can't use on a GFCI outlet
Can't use on a GFCI outlet. Knocks them off every time. Pretty good otherwise, except for the pulse tracker which is erratic.

No hardware!
I receive this Treadmill 2 days earlier than they said it would arrive, which was great. But, there was no hardware in the box (bolts and screws). Without the hardware? the treadmill is useless. I contacted Lowe's and they ordered the hardware to be shipped to my address. Estimated arrival date was Feb 14, 2025. As of today, Feb 17th, the hardware has not arrived. If the hardware doesn't come by this weekend, I will be returning the treadmill back to Lowe's. What disappointment 😞 and an in...
Great value and compact treadmill.
I have been using my Foldable Treadmill now for a good month now. I am really loving it. Very easy to fold up when done and easy to unfold when ready for use. It is quiet (except for the noise from me jogging on it). You do have to keep the belt oiled regularly. It is not too big (for a treadmill). I've owned treadmills in the past that were much bigger/bulkier. Love the easy Incline adjustment on the handles.
