I recommend this little rower!

For the price you cannot beat this little machine! Unpacking and assembly took a mere 15 minutes and I was ready to go. First time around I completed 400 rows on the 1st and then 3rd levels. Today I went up a couple of levels and broke a sweat after 15 minutes. Get this!

Machine is great for low

Machine is great for low impact exercise for upper/lower body. Resistance can be increased in small increments to enable you to strengthen without stressing your muscles, important as we get older.

Nice machine

I just received the SF-RW1205 recently and like it so far. It is easy to assemble, light weight yet a sturdy machine. My doctor recommended it and had one in her office for me to try. I can't quite figure out how the digital meter works yet though and can't find any info on it.

Excellent basic rower

I am in my 70s and needed a simple basic rowing machine to strengthen my core. Did not need a lot of features, just basic rowing. It is exactly what I needed. Light to move and does not take up a lot of space. It was very easy to set up. I am very satisfied with the rower.
