Package arrived severely damaged by FedEx, went through NINE states to get to me from WA to FL and was late. Chain leaks oil like crazy. Oil type not listed in manual so it's a guess. saw used 1/2 of all oil in 30 minutes. Saw jams a lot on smaller branches. Chain was loose on arrival. Extension lock down brackets all loose. NO allen wrench provided to tighten them.

I had one of these that worked pretty well for a while, but the pole came disconnected and apparently there’s a cable in the middle that is prone to snapping, and once it snapped, the unit will never work again. I called Sun Joe’s customer service and they were the worst. I would buy a different brand.

I bought this saw to cut down several limbs around my home. It is an ok saw not the greatest of saws. The major issue with this saw was the chain kept popping off, The chain cover has a gap in it when you tighten the bolt, and the black covering around the pole handle started to split in half. Would I recommend this product probably not, there are better saws out there. it is an ok saw not the greatest. Tried using it again and the chain still pops off
