Install issues. But comfy.

Instructions were vague and did not show two of the bolts for the back rest. All the hardware was included. I ended up drilling and adding screws for the bottom support legs. These pieces bolted to the seat rail but only had a slot to rest in on the downpiece to the rocker arch. Definately felt like it would pop out. Do yourself a favor and leave every bolt loose until it’s completely put together. Also, I ordered dark brown and the box says it’s dark brown, but it’s black. Thought it was just t...

You need to seal the fastener holes in the seat.

I like that.It was built extremely durable. The fasteners on the seating were too far countersunk and hold water. My resolve was to fill them with silicon and spray it down with a clear lacquer. Now it's completely weatherproof.

These i thought were great until one year later .. they do not hold up and mine were not fully exposed to weather so best for indoor porches WILL NOT HOLD UP EVEN ONE YEAR OUTSIDE !!

Nice, just a little shaky

NOt horrible to assemble, just a little concerned as to the loveseat not really 'tight' and stable. Don't know how long it will hold up.

These chairs are lovely. My family and I are enjoying the porch more than ever.

Poor quality

This chair is made with heavy wood but not put together well, and is a very uncomfortable chair. Also, the assembly was not done well. The chairs were loose and there were chips in the wood.

Great product, but poor instructions

Honestly, this made a great gift , however, the assembly instructions are lacking, I wish there was a way to find out the tools you need before you buy the product. Next time, definitely will pay for assembly
