Trailer Sits Too Low

My driveway has a 5% slope and even with a 3" drop hitch on my UTV, I broke both taillights. Do this at your own risk and it may void the warranty. I removed the axle and reinstalled under the leaf springs. The trailer sits level now, looks better and you can fit at least a 13" tire on it. Took about 20 minutes.

Good trailer kit! Will worth the price.

The product is great for the price. The quality is good. By only concern is that the trailer parts were damaged in shipping. Several pieces had scratches and dings. The shipping boxes were badly damaged.

Not Tiny House, TINY RV

After the purchase in Sept of 2022, I took a year to design and build a custom RV for camping and boating. It is 90% complete now and ready for a shakedown. The goal was to have a trailer which would carry an 8-1/2' pontoon boat and have room to sleep 2 with storage for gear high and dry in all weather. I think it will do just that.

I really liked how well designed this trailer was. After watching the assembly video several times I wasn't as intimated as I thought. Both the vedio and paper instructions were spot on. Mind you that this trailer is easier built on a flat concrete floor. I on the other hand had to build it in the yard on some tarps and had to adjust the squareness several times. Good Product

The product itself - the trailer - is perfect for my intended application: carrying a single canoe. The fact that it does not come pre-assembled was no problem for me but might be problematic for some others because the instructions aren't always clear.

On the plus side, the metal pieces seem to be well painted with the galvalume and should last longer than the ones with just a powder coat. On the minus side: The instructions are difficult to follow without the associated Youtube video. Assembly took a LOOONG time. In retrospect, if you are short on time or someone to help you, may want to consider purchasing a preassembled trailer. Nicely designed small utility trailer!

My second 4 x 8 trailer. I didn't need a folding one this time, and one of those wasn't available anyways. The fact that it shipped to my home was a plus. The galvanized finish is nice, but I scuffed, primered and painted it anyways. It was pretty shiny as it came out of the box though. The assembly is pretty straightforward, and I recommend the video to get a grasp on the task at hand.
