Top notch design
The first thing that comes to mind with this 4 x 6 all weather trailer is the fit and finish. Every nut, bolt, and component has been carefully designed to ensure tight tolerances when assembling. The design and engineering folks did a great job to ensure the common builder can put this trailer together without disappointing issues. Just FOLLOW the instructions one step at a time. Living in the Pacific Northwest I will be using marine grade plywood and pressure treated lumber to finish this gen...
Stated size is misleading
This trailer is sturdy, but has one problem. Although the bed is advertised as 4 x 6, the width is actually 49 3/4 inches. This means that a 4 x 8 piece of plywood will not cover it completely. I had to argue with a supervisor at Lowe's in order to get him to sell me two pieces of plywood for the price of one; neither one of us had a good time.
Thank you for taking the time to review our trailer. We are sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with the plywood. The deck of the traile...

a few steps in the directions were wrong. even in the pictures. 8 of the bolts were 2 short and we had to go buy other ones. one of the tail lights were cracked and there was a small dent i had to bank out with a rubber mallet. For the price I should have paid an extra $150 and purchased the trailer that has the bigger wheels and ramp and is already put together sitting in there parking lot.

I have owned a number of trailers over the years, most were the typical angle iron types. Two years ago I bit the bullet and paid a bit of money for a 6x12 aluminum trailer, it was well worth the money. However, I recently purchased a motorcycle the 6x12 is an overkill so I started to look around for a 4x6. It quickly came down to a Stirling trailer and a similar size trailer at Harbor Freight. The HF was a bit suspect after looking one over and seeing how poorly the axel was designed, some...
