We bought this product for my mom. I liked how it folded down for ease of getting in and out of bed. The instructions, however, we're not helpful. We think they were for a previous model, so we used the picture on the box.

Caution when assembling

Would Recommend

be care ful not to hold both the scew and the nut when assembling the product. I dropped the nut and never was able to find it despite a careful search, \The peoduct is as advertized but does not help in getting out of bed as it is located on the extreme outside of the matress and one has to be able to sit up in bed to grasp it.
