Spyder 6-1/4-in Carbide-tipped Non-arbored Hole saw

does not like brick

Did not like the brick I was trying to drill an inch a three eights hole into. barely scratched the brick. I had to buy a $70 masonary bit to do the job.

Junk

Failed first five minutes, carbide tips broke right off.

used to cut holes in plywood for led waffer lights. the blade didn't exactly cut more so just used severe trama to cut wood. end result wasn't pretty. then longevity of it might be 3 holes. it will cut a hole semi close to 6 3/8 but that's what caulks for.

Broke 2 of these trying to drill 1 hole

First one broke in about 30 minutes of slow stop and go use. Second one broke 5 minutes In to using

I had 2 of these hole saws break on me while trying to drill 1 single hole through masonary wall. Not very happy at all, taking the broke hole saws back to Lowes hoping to get full refund. 1 the weld broke at bottom of hole saw and the other all 3 carbide tips broke within first 5 minutes of use

Not what I thought

I guess I didn't read all the info on these and I assumed they would drill through brick. Only two holes and the teeth broke off. I gave it 2 stars because it did cut well while it was cutting. I hope their wood hole saws do better because I just bought some.

very difficult to use without full arc cut

Teeth last well in plaster but hard to use because the mounting threads were not particularly aligned with saw.
