I've only had it a week, but have noticed I don't need as much soap or shampoo and I'm not as itchy from our hard water. I liked that the price was reasonable for the shower head. I also noticed the replacement filters are less in price than the ones I was buying previously.

Decreases water pressure
I like the idea of filtering out the bad stuff in my water, but there is a noticeable decrease in water pressure due to the filter. Guess you cant have everything.
