Easy to use: just mix 1:9 ratio of product and water, spray mixture onto roof and wait 1 minute for foam to lift and turn stains orange, rinse with water until orange color is gone, not all stains will turn orange

Metal Roofs
I have recently been informed by the company not to use this product on metal roofs. There are probably many metal roof owners who use this product on their roofs. The Sparay and Forget product label does not state the product cannot be used on metal roofs. Please find another product to use for metal roofs. Today's Spray and Forget isn't the great performing metal roof cleaning product of long ago.

Pressure washing in addition to spray & go …
Spraying & waiting 15 minutes or more will slightly clean the shingles ! For complete result scrubbing & pressure washing is needed !

They changed formula
VERY disappointed. Been using this (the old formula) for years and they've recently changed it. It use to be a no rinse, eco and pet friendly formula. Now you have to rinse and rinse all plants and etc after using. The fact that it says it can corrosive and can cause burns is not a product I want to use. Spray and Forget has lost an entire family of users.

Concrete Roof Tile Florida Home
Concrete roof tile in Florida and zero rain - full sun for the past few days. I used a 2 gallon pump sprayer and see attached photo. So, now it’s up to mother nature an hopefully I’ll be able to edit my review with the results.
