Definitely a 2 person job to put it together. Took about 4 hours. Needed reinforcement with metal rods when staked in the ground. Nuts & bolts should have lock washers to make it more secure.

The directions on this is a project for 2 people.
The windmill looks great. I would recommend that anyone putting this together: that you have 2 people, this is not a project for one person, set it up on a clean floor (in case of dropped screws or nuts) in a garage with plenty of room. My husband and son worked on this project. To the company that makes this windmill - extra screw and nuts would be helpful, my husband and son had one screw left. The windmill looks great in our garden.

Very happy with quality. Pretty difficult to assemble by yourself. If you do attempt alone, and if your'e pretty handy with tools, I'd recommend having some bungee cords and some large clamps to keep things together as trying to assemble. Otherwise it all falls apart while trying to assemble. Also 3-4 patio chairs really helped to keep the whole thing upright while assembling.
