Safe works Fine. Operation of bolts not the smoothest though. Biggest problem is it came dented. The box was punctured in the front, right where it says "do not lift from here". Also the bottom was compromised and the corner of the safe was damaged.

Lowes sent me a damaged safe
The box was damaged, chipped paint on many places. When I opened it there was a piece of drywall and drywall particles everywhere. This was someone else's return. The shelving was still installed crooked with screws from the person that returned it. Lowes also sent it FedEx so the driver didn't have to unbox it and bring it inside. Lowes is officially shady now.

Easy to set up.
I read previous reviews stating this was too small for them. They should have read the specs first. The safe came in perfect condition. I was able to set it up all by myself with no help. I don't have scoped rifles and I don't use the gun rest designed for 4 rifles because I don't place the rifles in there for display. The safe is used for safety functionality.
