Installation above ground and in dry locations only.
The voltage rating of the cable is 600 volts.
NM-B cable may be run in air voids of masonry block or tile walls where such walls are not wet or damp locations.

Lowes backed out of sale
This was on sale today. I purchased it at the sale price for delivery. Then I get a response, sorry out of stock. I look again now and it's in-stock and I can order but at a much higher price. Basically they just didn't want to honor the sale price. Quite dishonest!
