The winter we first got it didn't see too much snow but this last winter was brutal and this was a lifesaver. It's a good size and will last you depending on where you live. We have a lot of sidewalk areas to cover when it snows and this was the perfect addition to our snow routine. Overall would recommend it, as it's a reliable product for the season.

When pre-treating your side walk make sure you put enough so that less ice can form, but aside from that it helps with keeping ice from forming. We just got a snowfall in my part of the US so I was able to try it out. I laid the salt down in a path, and with in 20 minutes the ice and snow had melted so I could safely walk to my car! Great stuff! I highly recommend it!

Best ice melt
