I am going on my third year with my Snow Joe snow blower. Up until this year the batteries worked perfect, then nothing. No charge, won't charge, not a darn thing. I bought replacement batteries which where supposed to be compatible with my unit, but due to the piece of plastic in the battery compartment, the batteries won't slide down all the way, therefore, will not engage.
