Love the doorbell although it's not working at the moment. I purchased the Basic Installation. Lowes uses Angi to schedule an installer. I was to have the doorbell installed on Sunday at 2. He installer did not arrive until 2:30. When he arrived I was met by a young man who didn't look like he even shaved, could not speak English, could not understand me, had to use his smartphone translator. Needless to say, my confidence was zero. I cancelled right then and there. I anticipate a return...

Don't ever use Lowe's / Angli.

The purchase of the doorbell was done in a coordinated effort with Lowe's and Angi. Angi was responsible for the installation. That has been an absolute disaster. They did not do the installation, yet they charged me for it and showed in their documentation that they had completed the task. Once I finally got through to the customer service department that handles that particular request, they said they would reschedule it by the next day. They still have not reached out to me to reschedule...

The best video doorbell

I love the entire Simplisafe suite of products. Their customer support has been terrific. I recently moved and, during the sale of my home, the new owners requested I leave the Simplisafe system for them. Customer support was super helpful in transferring the system to the new owners. So, of course, I installed a new system in my new home. Setup is very easy and installing sensors, doorbell, and motion detectors was a breeze.

purchased through Lowes vs SimpliSafe as Lowes offers veterans 10% discount. (thanks for honoring or vets, Lowes) product meets my expectations but is slow to connect to my wi-fi and forcing me to set resolution at 720 vs 1080.
