I purchased this as a 2nd unit for my RV, but only used it for a few months. I had another primary Simplisafe in my house for 4 years. In that time, Simplisafe never updated the technology. The door/window sensors burned through batteries like crazy (the main reason I replaced them), this unit occasionally couldn't connect even though I was in a 4G area, the doorbell died, as did the automatic door lock. Easy home security

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to open the package for personal home security. It was very easy to understand the instructions and quick to install. I used mine for the front door and living room area. It’s harder to get to the back of my house as it is raised on stilts. You have to pay for the services, but it’s still cheaper than the other brands. Bought a set for mom and she loves hers as well.
