Do not rely on the web site descriptions

The product was not the same color as indicated online, also the finish was not what I thought it would be. the description said, " pre-finished, no need to paint, stain or polyurethane". Sadly, I assumed this would be a semi-gloss finish, but it was flat. I feel you should have available, real samples that could be viewed or purchased if desired, to check if what you are looking at will fit your decor.

PINK

We like the design, however, after we took off the label we really could see there was a pink spray paint or something all over it. I tried everything to get it off, believe me if I said I tried and it don't come off it is not coming off. Having to return this item.

Its a sticker over MDF

Product is easy to work with (MDF) and looks good installed. Primary complaint is that it is just a sticker on the outside that can peel off or get damaged if you are not careful. Speaking of stickers, every single length of this had a product label/sticker that had to be removed, would be nice if you could purchase them in bulk (10 or more) in a box that is labeled and each individual stick is ready to go.

Crema Oak trim

This trim is much lighter than the pictures indicate. The wood grain pattern is nearly invisible. When I first opened the box I thought I got unfinished planks the color was so light. We bought this trim to match the Crema Oak Pergo flooring and the trim is not as expected.

Entrance halls

We had new flooring installed in April. I love the floor but not the trim. I made the mistake of including baseboards. I have ordered new baseboards and they are due to be installed on May 28th. I am not happy with the original finish work. It doesn't look good and some of it is coming loose. This needs to be done to look better. What can I do?

Doesn't match Brentwood Pine Pergo

This baseboard is too gray to go with the Brentwood Pine. I bought is because it is what Lowe's recommended in the write-up for the flooring. I am so disappointed because the floors look great.

Paper Veneer

MDF with Paper Veneer. Had to use my strongest adhering masking tape when cutting to assure paper did not tear/rip. Sharp Edges on outside corner cuts (like sharp paper). It looks great when finished. I would pay 2X more if it had a heat-formed, vinyl veneer rather than paper. However, price was right.

Bad quality

I got to match my new flooring, the color is very close but the quality is bad like a cardboard with a laminate color. Very weak look like will brake when I pickup. I'm returning the trims

fiber board

this baseboard is nothing but compressed paper- in other words fiber board. One can do much better by using REAL WOOD baseboard and at a cheaper price-- and the finish- well the finish is merely a micro thin piece of paper. Like i said stain/varnish and use real wood baseboard and not this mess.

Love the product, have used it to trim out floors/walls in same finish and other finishes like tile, trimmed a sliding glass door and other drywall openings. Use a proper saw blade for cutting vinyl flooring.
