What Customers Are Saying
This compact vacuum cleaner offers strong suction power and a lightweight, portable design that is well-suited for quick cleanups around the home, garage, or car. Customers praised its powerful performance and affordable price, though some noted limitations with the short power cord and hose length. Overall, it provides a reliable and versatile cleaning solution, particularly for smaller tasks.

I've never owned a shop vac before. So my experience with this was quite infuriating because the Instructions arnt very clear. Set Up The Instructions are difficult to understand since it instructs you backwards. It tells you how to first mount the vacuum on the wall. Then explains poorly how to use it as dry vacuum, then a wet vacuum, and its assembly in regards to the filter. Missing out a key component which is the hose. Based on the information provided by the instructions, the proper or...

Indispensable product for your workshop
I bought this feeling a little iffy because it was only $30, wondering what the catch was. Turns out there isn't one! It comes with a mount if you want to put it on your workbench (see photo) or wall, making this the perfect workshop tool. The suction is more than adequate to pick up sawdust, dog hair, ash powder (use an additional filter), or whatever you want to pick up. I use it in my workshop all the time, but I've also cleaned out the car, fireplace, stove, behind the fridge, and more. Lim...
Great value
I bought this vac in an emergency flooding situation where I needed to suck up water flooding into the bathroom. I couldn't invest a lot of money and this little vac was the right price and worked great! It kept ahead of the water and removed gallons of water from the commercial carpeting after the flooding was stopped. The suction is extreme and it pulled a lot of water out of the carpet until it was almost dry to the touch which kept the carpets from molding. Quite impressed with the results.
Cheaply made. Did not hold up.
I bought this several years ago. It has mostly hung on its little hanger in the garage. I would estimate that I've run it fewer than 10 hours, total, over the entire time I've had it. Maybe fewer than 5 - we just use it for quick jobs here and there when we don't want to use the smaller household Oreck. While using it earlier this month the bearings started to give out, evidenced by an additional grinding noise and the smell of an overloaded electric motor. I could stop it, bang it a couple of ...
Nice Small Vac
The first Vac I had to return, it had a broken on/off switch. The second work perfectly. The only reason for the 4-stars. Pretty good suction for a small Vac, really handy for portable use. You do need two extensions for reach. Some may also want a longer hose. I also bought the small vacuum tool set which I use for cleaning my autos and it works well. The only issue is wrapping the cord around the vacuum you have get use to it fitting loosely. But I would recommend it for those jobs you...

Water shoots out of exhaust
I have always purchased Shop Vac brand for years, often going out of my way to purchase them, but will have to reconsider. We have been building a boat for many years and use multiple vacs, each properly set up for wet or dry use exclusively. On 8/11/2015 (three weeks ago) we purchased two 2.5-Gallon 2.5-Peak HP Shop Vacuums, one for wet use and one for dry use, as our others were at or nearing the end of their life. I haven't starting using the new dry vac, since the old one is still working. W...
Stopped working after fourth time; no fuse reset
I liked the small size but it stopped working after, actually during, the fourth time I used it. Was cleaning up the bathroom floor after a haircut (hardly a strenuous task). Turned it on a second time to clean some more that I missed and it would not turn on. There was no re-set switch or replaceable fuse. Out of curiosity I took it apart and found that the switch and motor were fine. But, the internal "fuse", a very primitive fusible link "rod" had melted a bit and was therefore open.I got it ...
Great!
I’ve had this for about a month and I’m very happy with it. I needed a shop vac to clean animal enclosures, my car, dust from my basement, and debris from a small amount of woodworking. So more than what is in a standard household, but not enough to warrant a large shop vac. This has filled that niche well. It’s light enough for me to carry around comfortably. It doesn’t hold much compared to bigger ones obviously, but it’s enough. Without emptying, I was able to clean out a dirty car, a lot ...

Shop-Vac 2.5 gal is very versatile.
I bought on of these is 2008 and is just gave out after about 13 years. The new on looks great. Black with red. It will do all of your dry vacuuming and pick up. An improvement they have added is it will work with a large capacity vacuum bag now that is included, that prevents dust from escaping indoors. It traps the dust if you have really fine dust so it does not blow through. I really like the size for versatility. Big enough for serious jobs but really handy for inside the house. It c...

Pleasantly Surprised For Once!!!
I was needing a small vac for cleaning the vehicles but didn't want a "dust buster" little deal that never lasts or works well. I wanted it small and easy to handle around the cars. Initially I wanted a cordless but in the end felt a corded unit would be fine. Saw this Shop Vac in the store and like others, I thought it probably wouldn't do a good job or have enough suction. So, after looking at it the last 4 times in the store I figured why not. it's only $35! Got home and used it right awa...
