What Customers Are Saying
The product appears to have mixed reviews. While some customers found the anchors easy to install and effective, a significant number reported issues with the driving rod getting stuck in the anchors, making them difficult or impossible to remove. The rod was also prone to bending or deforming, and the plastic caps could break off easily. Some users were able to resolve these problems, but others were left with unusable anchors. The product may work well in ideal soil conditions, but may not be as reliable in more challenging environments with rocks or hard ground. Careful inspection of the rod fit and having a backup plan are recommended.

Installation of Anchors
Anchors were the right product for my application to secure my portable car shelter. I've reviewed them in the past and recommended that the end of the rod used to install the anchors have a rounded tip. The squared end gets lodged in the anchor and is very difficult to remove.

Very practical and well-made. The hooks are sturdy, easy to install, and hold securely without slipping. Highly recommended!

Duckbills are the way to go- Arctic approved
I've used these easyhook duckbill anchors all over the US with shelter logic shelters. I have seen them withstand even 85+mph winds in the Arctic holding down a soft sided structure in the tundra. Driving them in with a hilti or other heavy duty rotary hammer makes easy work and are far more stable than using standard screw or nail type anchors.

The best anchor for rocky ground.
I am using this anchor kit to secure a 10'x20' carport. This make seem like overkill but my area gets 40-50 mph winds and the ground is very rocky. Regular screw-in anchors can't penetrate the ground deep enough. This anchor is driven in using the rod and a big hammer. It will find a way around the rocks. once deep enough, remove the rod and pull up on the cable to set the anchor like a drywall molly. Recommended.

Anchors Work Well
I needed something to secure a small metal shed to the ground, I found the Easy Hook® Anchors. They do require a bit of work to install, but take less overall space than screw-in style anchors. As someone else had stated in their review, (directly quoting the review here); "We have solved for this by slightly rounding one end of the rod with a file. By removing the hard factory edge, the chance of the rod sticking in the anchor is greatly reduced." Once you do this, the rest of the job is EA...
