SharkBite PEX Press fittings are part of the New SharkBite PEX Press system, designed to make plumbing projects faster, simpler, and more reliable. Built for use with PEX‑a and PEX‑b pipe and compatible with most PEX sleeve press tools. The system allows for instant pressure testing with no flame, glue, or cure time. That means fewer steps, less mess, and quicker job completion. Each fitting features a pre‑attached stainless‑steel sleeve, an integrated locator ridge, and viewing windows to help ensure proper alignment and visual confirmation of pipe insertion. So you can Cut. Press. Done. And move on with confidence.

Faster than traditional methods, pre‑attached sleeves reduce steps, eliminate loose parts, and help prevent install errors
Pre‑attached sleeve — fewer parts to handle, helping reduce install errors
Integrated tool locator — locator ridge helps align the press for consistent connections
Insertion viewing windows — confirm full pipe insertion before pressing
Compatible with PEX‑a & PEX‑b and works with most PEX sleeve press tools
Engineered for safety and precision, eliminates open-flame risks
Tested beyond ASTM F3347 & F3348 standards for corrosion resistance and durability
Rated to 200 degrees F and 160 psi

It's all about pipe preparation.

The connection is solid, material is quality, and for the price you can't beat it. As Long as you follow the directions these are dummy proof. It has holes so you can see where your pipe is then it has a ridge to show you exactly where to put the press tool. Not much else to it. Keep it simple less likely to fail. I've been using SharkBite since the early 2000s.
