Terrible in many ways

This is my third shark vacuum and I have been thoroughly disappointed with it. There are multiple issues, including design flaws. My chief complaint Is that the suction Lacks a solid seal, so there is always dust on and around the vacuum. The filter is useless since there is  very little seal. It’s horrible for allergies. Minor complaints, It constantly eats its own cords and is a mess, the wrap to hold. The cord is placed very low, and the step release method is clumsy.

Duo Fins Power Clean

This was a warranty upgrade, and I am glad I received it. I has so much more pull when vacuuming just on minimum suction. I do wish it had the air scent like the old one.

Works well with carpet floor!

The fact that we have to live in a carpet apartment drove me nuts. However, this is a game changer for me. The suction power is super powerful, it helps me keep the house clean. My kid loves watching I vacuum thats what I enjoy, I dont know why, the noise was not bad at all. The odor with the vacuum is a plus, I feel the floor carpet is really being cleaned.

Great suction power

We replaced our 6 year old Shark Navigator with these vacuum and have been impressed! The cord is long which is helpful in big rooms. The suction power is amazing and the odor neutralizer is an added bonus. It’s a little heavier than my previous Shark but the quality makes it worth it. No hair wrap is so nice, no more needing to cut nasty hair out of the roller brush!

Not as good as the older models

Very frustrated I didn’t know the difference between lift off and power lift off. My lift off model doesn’t operate as a canister vac to clean under beds like my old one did. Shark needs fewer models, more consistency.

Hate it

Have owned shark vacuums in the past and loved them all. This vacuum is beyond hard to push on my carpet, doesn't matter what suction level its on. The vacuum seems to be to low and sometimes just pushes things on the floor or carpet. I have teenage kids and they can barely push it on the carpet. Save your money and buy something different.

I didn't pay attention to that fact that it is not a "powered" lift away.
