Perfect inexpensive solution for your lawn-robot

Everyone buying a lawn-mowing robot should purchase a couple of these. This is an absolutely simply, inexpensive DIY hack to build the "garage" necessary to protect your investment from the elements. Stupid simple - crazy cheap!

Works as intended

Exactly what I needed to replace the wooden home made window well from our new (to us) home.

Excellent Window Well

Purchased four of these because of the material used for construction of the wells. A No-Rust feature is a great choice for installation below ground level. Thus the wells will last forever, hopefully. Has to be a lot better than metal window wells. Pre-drilled holes for mounting are a plus for the installer. The tag on the well even tells you how far apart to drill the holes in the basement wall for installation. No sharp burrs to avoid when handling is very nice. And the wells are not a heavy ...

Great Product

I had two shrubs removed from the front of my house which exposed an old rusty metal projection area well. I immediately checked Lowe's website online and they had just what I wanted, but this one is a strong, thick plastic. It was so easy to install and looks great. New shrubs will eventually hide the item, but until then it looks good.

Works well

I used this as a crawl space door well rather than for a window. After installing this, we didn't even secure to the foundation, there was no water that poured into the opening. Works great. Sturdy as well.

Much easier than working with stainless steel

Plastic rather than metal made installation and fit much easier. Flanges sit flat against the wall rather than being wavy as on the metal.. Also, attaching the rain shield was a snap with screws.... not sure if that would even be possible with the stainless covers. Finally, personally I like the appearance better than the stainless.

Great versatile product.

I bought 3 of these. Had a little trouble getting it to seal against the wall, but that was more because the wall wasn't flat. Highly recommend screwing it into the wall to keep it in place as the dirt around it will settle and it will want to move around a bit.

Great alternative to the steel wells

Foundation Experts suggested using this well as they were able to install drain pipes through the well. This tied into a well tap that when the well overflows the piping takes the water away from the house. Thanks Foundation Experts and thank you Lowes!!!
