Lowes was the only store that had this product in stock and I needed it same day. Pick up service was a breeze. Love shopping Lowes as quality products at competitive prices.

Attachment spring clips no longer included.

Did not include the spring clips as stated on the box and the on-line technical support documentation. Instead, they included ten 1-inch square "Dual Lock" (think Velcro) patches which are useless on a galvanized corrugated window well. I submitted two emails a week apart requesting the proper spring clips but never received even an acknowledgement so I gave up and returned the cover to the store for a refund.

Easy to install

The window well covers are bery easy to install. You place them on your metal well frame and mark 5 locations where the metal well touches the cover. Drill a 3/16” hole and attach the spring clip with a screwdriver and nut driver or socket. Reinstall the cover and it is held into place firmly. The quality is good and there is a metal reinforced bar along the back to give it a 250lb weight capacity for snow load or pets. Overpriced and used

Box was open, which I said was okay. But it was missing all the hardware and instructions. Very dirty and obviously used and paid a huge amount for delivery and it was the only one in stock.

Exactly what we were looking for

Easy installation that attaches to the well, so no drilling into the foundation. Priced right which was nice considering these can get very expensive. Hope it holds up!
