Very bad experience with this product and service

Would Not Recommend

We purchased this safe from Lowe's. When we tried to operate this safe, we could not open it. The key code given on the SentrySafe did not work. The Lowe's technician and SentrySafe's technician were not much of a help either. No one from either of these companies followed up. We wasted several hours of our time talking to these people. we are returning this safe and we would not recommend buying it.

Okay but needs better handling to prevent damage

Would Not Recommend

A good safe but the corner was crushed during shipping. Thankfully it was the back and not the front. This has made me reconsider buying things online from Lowes in the future.

Safe Was Damaged

Would Not Recommend

Safe arrived damaged in three or more places, and the dial is all pushed in. I had read the reviews about this product and others had the same complaint. I would have thought that they would have addressed this issue, or quit shipping these. This item is too heavy for me to return to the store. I don't recommend buying this safe and having it shipped!

Great quality product for the price

I bought the safe a month ago and it is perfect for the cheap price that I was offered. The safe is durable and fireproof. The capacity is amazing for its size.

Merchandise damaged

I live in a rural area and ordered the safe online. Went to unpack the safe and there were dents in two locations on different sides of the unit. Called customer care and they wouldn't come and pick-up or replace for me. They said the closest store over an hour away would contact me within 24 hours. Five days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. So I will be getting a neighbor to help me load it and return to the store for a refund. I tried to chat with Lowes about it but they said...

Good but wish the safe wasn't damaged

Would Not Recommend

Curb side pickup from store. Pickup was good but when I got home and opened it up it looks like the side was smashed in as if the box was dropped on the corner hard during Shipping
