New Safe
Just received this safe. It arrived undamaged and worked perfectly as described. Easy to assemble keypad and program. Seems sturdy enough for the papers like wills and deeds we want to keep in it. The light up feature is nice and I do like the Key backup which i have on a larger safe. It was a bit pricey but for the fire and water rating it is a good value. Unfortunatley everything has gone up since my last safe purchase in 2020.

Need to do better with quality control!
The product came with a shelf bracket that had been mounted improperly. The screws on one bracket where over torqued to the point it stripped the screw holes.

This safe is not made in the United States.
I like the office safe it is made very well for the price. What I didn't like is the fact of where it was made, which was not the United States.

Buy brand new batteries
Wasted many attempts trying to set up safe. Called in and was told to not use the battery that came with it or even one from a pack at your house. Safe is very sensitive on initial set up and requires using a brand new battery to be sure no issues. I tried two from my house with no luck. Would have been GREAT information to put in the quick start guide.
