Purchased 2 identical products. The one ordered online has worked with no issues. the store bought one work for a couple of days and then failed to operate. Samsung determine item was mishandled in store causing item to fail.

The robot only lasted about 1.5 years before the battery died. Replacement batteries are not available. I purchased 3 of these and all three eventually became e-waste. Do not purchase any Samsung products I sure won't.
