Built like a house with unusable space

After owning this fridge for 2 years, here's my take: Pro's It looks nice, and people like to thinks its fancy. keeps food cold as expected. Dual Ice makers Water Pitcher Con's Big for no good reason, poor design for internal space. You can't really use 29 cubic feet here. The shelving is not adjustable. Our refrigerator lasted just short of 3 years before becoming unreliable and triggering alerts erratically. Samsung confirmed we were out of warranty (12mo except Compressor system) for the suspected part(s) - Main Board and/or Family Hub board, and that the best next step would be to coordinate with a technician to come out. This is a good fridge. It has plenty of space. I find the middle drawer especially useful and appreciate the flex feature to set temperature. The main reason I wanted this fridge was for the beverage center that automatically fills the water pitcher. That is the handiest feature I've ever had in a fridge, and I use it daily.
