Apparently my issue is the same as most of the others that have posted reviews. I have the 3 panels BESOKE refrigerator and there are NO bottom doors available. How convenient to offer a rebate with no bottom doors available in stock.

No panels
I bought this refrigerator because the panels are in interchangeable, thought it'd be a good idea. Unfortunately the panels keep saying they're not in my ZIP Code, So now I have a Refrigerator with no panels. I've always been a Samsung fan but this one is ridiculous And if you make a refrigerator You should make more panels to fit everybody's refrigerator. I would never recommend this refrigerator to anybody. It's not worth the money, wish I never bought this refrigerator.

3 door white receiving charcoal panels
We absolutely love our fridge, we are always leaving messages on it and the kids doodle. The rebate for the free panels we thought was super easy to do but after reading some reviews it seems some ppl has difficulty try to obtain them. Or more likely they can't follow simple directions, everything was super straight forward to us took us like a week and we had the panels. The panels cam be swapped quickly too, which we love. After looking at a ton of fridges we knew we wanted one of these 3 door...

Do Not Trust the Color Options on the Website
When I bought the flex fridge I was offered a code to get a set of free panels. I have been checking the website in the year + since I purchased the fridge to see availability of color and it is still only the 5 colors however the website still advertises the other colors. If the other colors are discontinued I Samsung should stop advertising the many color options because they simply do not exist.

Now my bespoke fridge matches my bespoke oven
Completely changed the look of my new refrigerator and now matches my new bespoke smart range. Also added bonus get erasable glass markers and let kids go to town. Also I don’t think it could have been any easier to install! Love it!

Looks nice, but paint can peel
It looks nice, but ordered in April 2024 and blue paint has begun peeling from the edge of one of the top panels by December. I don't know how as there's nothing for that edge to bump into. I contacted support and they first said it's not covered by the fridge warranty (which has expired). I repeated that the panels were a separate order made later, less than a year ago, and they said cosmetic issues are not covered. To my mind this is a defect but I don't really have a stamina to argue it furth...

I agree with others on the 1 star review. I bought this refrigerator ONLY because it would have looked amazing when I swapped them out for the Tuscan steel panels. Only problem is they never became available even after 7 months later. It really makes no sense. If I would have known this I wouldn’t have purchased this refrigerator.
