Not a Vibration Reduction Technology
Not happy, as the title says vibration reduction technology. It vibrates more than the old one. When I called the service man, he suggested to use the machine at less spin :). Not sure then why I need this product. Apart from that, the features are good, similar to my old Samsung. The 1 star is for the features.

Upgraded to the 21st Century!
I have been living in the 20th century and finally upgraded. So happy I did. My laundry takes less time, and with more clothes. The ability to connect it and know when the load is done is super useful as well.

And my favorite part is the smart app with smart things. Let me know when the cycle is done so I don't waste time coming in and out of the laundry room looking to see if it is done.
