What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the ease of application and immediate visual improvement, with many noting it sweeps smoothly, hardens quickly, and prevents weeds effectively. However, a substantial portion report significant durability issues—the sand washes away in rain, loosens in joints, and blows out entirely, sometimes within weeks despite following instructions. Some experience inconsistent performance between batches and note that power washing removes the sand, limiting maintenance options. While most appreciate the neat appearance and color options, weather resistance remains a major concern that divides customer satisfaction.

Didn't hold up after one year.
We bought this Sakrete polymeric sand and Alliance Gator polymeric sand online. After one year before sealing much of the Sakrete product turned back to sand and had to be scraped out and replaced. The Gator sand is still hard as rock. The Sakrete sand was also more coarse than the Gator sand. (Don't believe the Alliance claim that Gator sand is dustless. Neither was so plan on meticulous cleanup.)
Good paver polymeric
Bonded well in pavers and looks good. Some bigger pieces, but those come to the top if you tamp or compact it after sweeping into cracks. Make sure to sweep it off paver stones well or it will set when you wet it.

Lasts about a year
Do yourself a favor and use something else like mortar or concrete since this isn’t permanent. I end up redoing several patches per year. You also won’t be able to use a hose let alone a power washer to clean your pavers as both end up washing this stuff away.
