I ordered 2 bags of Safe Step 7300. When I went to the store for curbside pickup, the guy brought out 2 bags of Winter Heat. Not what I ordered. I got a refund. I had read a couple of reviews here about that happening. I didn't think it would happen at my Lowe's in Danvers, MA. I was wrong. I'm very surprised that Lowe's would use deceptive practices like that. I have never had an issue with them before this.
