Would Not Recommend

I had the same carpet & pad installed in 2 homes. Pad in 2nd home was thinner than in the 1st. Visited 4 Lowes location, none had sample pads for comparison to the sample I had from both homes. The associate agreed that the pads were different, but said that all of his samples were very old so he couIdn't help me. I got no answer as to why one home had better pad than the other. It appears that the pad that I chose wasn't available, so they tried to sneak in what they had thinking I wouldn't not...
