What Customers Are Saying

The SMARTCORE Pro Paramount luxury vinyl tile flooring received mixed reviews. Many customers praised the modern, unique design that resembles real stone or tile. The flooring was also described as durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. However, the majority of reviews highlighted major issues with the installation process. Customers reported significant problems with the locking mechanism, stating that the tiles were extremely difficult to snap together and often broke or disconnected, even after extensive pounding. This made the installation process extremely frustrating and time-consuming. There were also concerns about the long-term durability and waterproofing due to the poor locking system. While a few customers had a positive installation experience, the overall consensus is that this flooring is not worth the high price tag due to the installation challenges.

Buyer Beware

Would Recommend

We purchased this smartcore Pro "coretec" flooring to put down in our kitchen remodel. What should have been an easy install has turned into a nightmare of gluing each plank down. Their locking system does not work. It almost seems like the tiles are warped just slightly so you can get a few down and the next one just warps making you tear them all out. You will also find that some of the locking sides break which makes that tile unusable. I would never go with this smartcore Pro again, espe...

IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT TOGEHTER!

SMARTCORE Pro Paramount 12-in x 24-in Water Resistant Interlocking Luxury Vinyl Tile With an upcoming bedroom renovation, I was looking for something modern and different. This was one of the floors that I found that had a unique pattern and was very modern-out of the norm from the other boring wood and marble patterns. I saw it at Lowes and I had to have it. It was very pricey, that was an issue, but I really liked it, so I ordered 330 sq feet. Another great selling point was that it stat...
