Not always black, It's GREEN under sunlight

I painted my bike fairings inside my garage under artificial lighting. It looked very good until I moved the bike under the sunlight. To my surprise, the bike became dark green! I contacted Rust-Oleum, who didn't explain, and refunded my paint cost...but my weekend was a loss. If you search for "Rust-Oleum black matte green under sunlight", you'll see the explanation. In my view, Rust-Oleum should remove this product from the shelves. And for the heaters, yes, I shook the can for 3 minutes, appl...
