Rust-Oleum High Performance 9200 System Low Temperature Epoxy provides high-build corrosion protection on a variety of properly prepared substrates. The two-component phenalkamine epoxy offers excellent surface wetting and can tolerate damp surfaces. It cures at temperatures as low as 20°F for non-immersion service and dries quickly to support efficient recoating. The low-VOC, low-HAP formula is self-priming for direct-to-metal applications and accepts many compatible Rust-Oleum topcoats. The gray coating is also certified for potable-water storage tanks of 3,000 gallons or larger when applied and cured according to the technical data sheet.
