This is concentrated so it needs to be mixed prior to use but it allows you to make it a little bit stronger uf stubborn mold on the deck. Worked well for cleaning up an old playscape

I don't have any other product to compare it to but I had to use a pressure washer to clean my deck after following the directions to apply this product. Did it make it easier than it would have been without using it? I can't answer that. My guess is that this product and all others like it are not made for years-long neglect but are meant for yearly maintenance which I will do (I pledge!) after I refinish my deck.

Followed instructions to a T and this absolutely did nothing! Even tried it full strength and still did nothing! I can't believe Rust-Oleum put out a product this bad!
