To Mop, Pull up on gray handle to release mop pad to mop floor thenflip head to floor to mop
To Wring, pivot head to the side, push down gray handle to wring mop pad and hold mop over bucket to catch excess dirt and water
To Wash, unhook pad from tabs, Machine wash and dry up to 100 times - do not use bleach, dryer sheets or fabric softener, air or tumble dry low

Refills no longer offered?
I love this mop but the refills are not available as well as the mop itself. I only had the mop for one year and i can't get refills. It was only offered through Lowes. Could at least offer an alternative and a way to get the refills. Rubbermaid only sends you to Lowes. So frustrated. I won't be buying cleaning products from Lowes anymore.
Genius mop tool!
Best map we’ve ever used. Gets close to, and under things, like low tables, etc. And, it has a reusable mop head! Nothing to throw away after one use… What a concept!
Awful company
Absolute sham of a business, discontinuing products after only a few years so that you can't buy replacement parts in the hopes they can wring more money out of you by making you buy a whole new mop. Rubbermaid has lost my business.
