Do not buy without the shed
This product is part of a track system built into a shed. That was not stated on the internet advertisement. If you do not own the shed it goes with it is worthless. Have to return.
Rubbermaid Steel Multipurpose Hook
It is a strong hook. It works well for the Rubbermaid shed I bought from Lowe's. It is a bit pricey, but it is well made.
Rubbermaid Black Multipurpose Shed Hook
Easy to attach but have some dishwasher soap handy. Two-pronged hook is rubber coated to protect whatever you are hanging and also so the item does not slip off. Double check your shed as it does not fit shed numbers 1S84, 1S85, 3749, 3746. HOOK IS RECCOMMENDED MAX WEIGHT OF 20 lbs, while most shed wall have a total max weight load of 50 lbs.
Great for organizing
Hook was sturdy and easy to install. Recommend the Rubbermaid system of organizing for your garage or shed.
Sturdy Shed Hook
This shed hook is very sturdy. We can fit a variety of things on it and not worry about it crashing down. Installation was quite simple, I did it myself without any trouble (middle aged female with kids under foot - it really was easy). It holds plenty of weight and the coated hook portion should keep it from scratching anything we store on it. Overall, this is a heavy duty product that I could install myself and I am quite pleased with it.
Easiest installation Ever
This Rubbermaid Black Steel Storage Shed Hook had the best instructions and was installed in our backyard shed in minutes. The hook is sturdy, attractive and my favorite use is hanging our weed wacker on it to keep it out of the way in the shed. I will get additional hooks since they are so versatile to organize many summer toys and year round garden items that are in crates, buckets and bags.
SOLID, BUT LIMITED APPLICATION
Pretty simple here. Heavy duty black multipurpose hook. The catch is, for those that don't read carefully before purchasing, it is specifically for certain Rubbermaid sheds ONLY. Rubbermaid has a unique hook/accessory mounting scheme that this hook utilizes. To try to install this hook on a regular wall would require something like a large fender washer and a lag. useful storage device
I used it to hang a garden rake in my shed. The hanger portion fits a rake perfectly.
