We've two of the prior shed model. Beware the roof leaks! The ridge cap panel is poorly made. One roof was replaced by Rubbermaid about 18 months ago. It now leaks in the same place as the previous. Our other shed of the same model now leaks too! Both sheds were purchased from Lowe's about 6 years ago. Beware of roof leaks, buy heavy duty tarps now if you purchase. See Mfgr codes in pics below.

Poor engineering

The engineering of this shed is supposed to be simple, almost tooless, but ultimately means that the panels, especially the roof system, do not lock as they’re intended to. I bought this shed new just over a year ago, and now trying to get a tarp over it until I can buy a replacement. Just over a year and now I have to haul it to the dump. Don’t buy this shed.

Watch out for wind

I bought the shed last year. I set it up putting down the floor then attaching all the walls. I was finished for the day and that night the wind blew the whole thing down. Next week end I attached the floor to the deck, set up the walls attached walls to floor but two days latter the wind roped the walls off and the floor stadied in place. Rubbermaid worst company

I bought my shed and there was a defect with the door from beginning and then piece of my roof came off from a bad storm. I had it only for a year and tried for months to get a replacement part and Rubbermaid gave me rhe run around. I had to take picture and submit the receipts and I did then they wanted pictures of the serial number so I did that and still they didn’t honor the warranty, in the meantime my whole shed fell apart. I will show pictures.

Still a very big project

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shed seems to be of very high quality, and will definitely be water-proof when it's assembled... The problem is that it's no small task to build it. You need to construct a fountain, just like you would with a regular outbuilding. Unless you live out in the country, you'll also need a permit from your municipality (I'm still waiting on my permit).
