Combo grill for Fathers Day

Love the combo option to use propane gas or charcoal. The grill looks good and the side shelves are great to hold the serving dish and spices while cooking. We wish the part packages had the coordinating part number to streamline the assembly process, however we were able to get it completed in an hour.

Difficult to assemble, Not equal heat

The grill was packaged well, and I did not notice any damaged parts upon opening the box. However, assembly was very difficult and time-consuming. It took approximately 2–3 hours to put together. The instructions contain only images with little to no written guidance, and some of the part numbers and letters appear to be mislabeled or mixed up. Grill is great but may be delivered damaged.

I gave this product a 5 because so far it serves its purpose But if I had to rate the shipping it would be 1 for effort. Box was delivered damaged and several pieces damaged. Not enough to deal with a return though. We made it work. But for $500plus.. it should arrive in perfect condition. I’m not sure if the cover it came with was the right one. Horrible Lowe’s customer service

When I purchased the grill it said for delivery on Friday June 13. I wanted this for Father’s Day and now it won’t get here until the 16 after the fact. I bought this way in advance for it to take this long. You call customer service and they tell you one thing that wasn’t an option at the time of purchase I would’ve paid the extra money to get it sooner. Useless to say the least.
