weak product with extremely bad service

product did not have capacity and stopped/cooling?- Lowe's service is VERY BAD. Store gave me a hard time then made me call on-line service who said that store management would call me in 24 hours- that did not happen. I advise against buying from Lowes online knowing that their product and service is BAD NEWS
