I would give t his NO stars if I could. I was sent the WRONG plant. It did not remotely resenble rosemary and came in two flats of cell packs. I took it back to the store and was NOT given a fjull refund. I asked why and the Lowe's staff member could not tell me why. I should not be penalized for being sent the WRONG product. This item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a family member and I am left without the gift the person requested. I am beyond angry and disappointed, esepcially...

A long wait and it didn't arrive on time
It took much longer than expected to arrive. It was crushed and bent. The box was in good condition, but the rosemary was all bent over to one side and the bottom leaves were all brown. After two weeks it is still bent over to one side and the leaves are still brown. I was hoping that it would come back to life after being out of the box, but it is not looking any better. Plus it was a gift for my wife's birthday, but it arrived much later than I was told, so it was too late for her birthday. Pl...
